What happens to your AI workflows after launch?
An AI workflow built today won't behave the same way in eighteen months. APIs shift. The tools you use update their interfaces. Your team rotates. The processes the workflow was built around evolve. Most clients don't need ongoing support from day one — workflows often sit quietly for months before they drift. But once you have three or more live, having a named senior consultant watching them is the difference between workflows you trust and workflows you slowly stop using.
What's included
- Uptime monitoring on every live workflow we've built for you
- Included fixes when a tool, API, or integration changes
- A short monthly written review: what ran, what stalled, what to improve
- A named senior consultant who already knows your setup
- Response within one business day for anything that breaks
- One small workflow improvement or extension each quarter, included
How it works
-
Step 1
Setup
We map every live workflow, document what it touches, and set up monitoring. Usually one short call to get going.
-
Step 2
Watch + fix
If a workflow breaks or drifts, we fix it. You don't open a ticket — we see it first and the fix is included.
-
Step 3
Monthly review
Once a month: a short written note covering what ran, what stalled, and one small improvement we'd suggest. You decide whether to action it.
Common questions about automation care plan.
Do we need a Care Plan from day one?
Usually not. Most clients run their first one or two workflows happily for months before they want ongoing support. We'd rather you start without it and add it when it makes sense. We won't push you into a retainer you don't need.
How is the price set?
It scales with the number of live workflows we're watching, not your headcount or revenue. More workflows = more for us to keep alive = a higher monthly fee. We agree the number with you before you sign anything.
What's included in 'fixes'?
Anything caused by a change on someone else's end — an API shift, a tool's UI update, a deprecated feature. That's covered. Anything caused by a change you make to the underlying process is a small scope change rather than a fix; we'll always tell you which one it is before doing the work.
Can we cancel?
Any time, no notice period. You keep the workflows; we hand back the monitoring setup. We'd rather you leave easily than feel stuck.
